Slow day.... DAY 13!!!

good morning hopefully you guys are
having a great Friday starts anyways we
are actually on our way to Walmart we
needed to go and get the kids some
snacks and grab a few things for me and
then I'm not really sure what we have in
store today
it's only 80 today so it's actually
pretty nice it's not as hot but I guess
they I was watching on the news last
night and they were saying that it's
supposed to get like up past the
hundreds this weekend I'm just like why
I'm one of those up bakes for summer and
then once it hits it's like why did I do
that but anyways so we're just kind of
taking it easy and just seeing what we
want to do for the day but I hope you
guys are having a wonderful start to
your morning and I will check in here
soon so it is nine almost 9:45 so it is
like bedtime here my chickens are past
their bedtime by an hour and 45 minutes
but I guess because it's Friday I should
have to make a little exception anyways
but I figured I would go ahead and close
for the night because I'm probably gonna
be going to bed early tonight
I am really really tired somebody had
said in the comments and I believe them
when they say that they think what I got
was winburn and I was googling last
night the difference between sunburn and
wind burn and what I'm feeling feels
like what a wind burn would be and then
I noticed to my lips literally have two
blisters that they there popped but oh
my gun is dead Eretz and it's so hard
not to pick out it because I'm wanting
to pick and I'm trying not to I'm like
no you can't pick out it but I'm a
picker like if there is skin or
something I will pick at it until I
can't pick at it no more that's just my
thing
anyways so I think that that's what is
going on here because it's just it's
like it almost sounds like a sting to it
so but today it's feeling much better
it's just now my lips which I will heal
over time I guess I'm just gonna start
putting Vaseline on it tonight because
that's what it said to do with your lip
so when they get chopped from the wind
so anywho that's what we are doing I
went to Walmart but I ended up staying
in the car because I think that my body
is losing too much fluid I just want to
be modest about it the best I can I
don't know some people are squeamish
about it for me it's totally a natural
woman thing but you know I don't want to
make anybody feel uncomfortable anyways
but I am really really really really
really heavy right now and so every time
I stand up I literally feel like my eyes
almost feel like they sink to the back
of my head and the room starts spinning
and I'm just like off-balance and not
feeling good I did zero exercise today I
was really disappointed with myself
because I really wanted to do it but I
just didn't feel comfortable even
getting up and walking the little amount
of distance that I've been doing just
because I don't want anything to happen
to me fall and get hurt
or you know something so I thought I was
probably smartest just to let today be a
rest day for me and possibly even
tomorrow depending on how I'm feeling if
this continues through the night most
likely all he's gonna have to take me to
Urgent Care tomorrow because my blood
pressure has been fluctuating a little
bit and so I just need to really be
careful with everything so we'll see
we'll see how I'm feeling tomorrow I'm
really hoping that it just kind of
settles itself tonight and I can kind of
you know pick up from where I start or
you know where I ended and get back on
track again because I just not doing it
today I feel so lost like because I've
made it such a habit in a routine every
single day I get up and walk every two
hours I'm doing my little exercises with
my dumbbells so to be sitting and not
really doing anything is just making me
like like really feel like I'm missing
something like there's something missing
in my schedule so yeah so we went to
Walmart but Olli just went in and got
the things that we needed and I just
stayed in the car with the kids because
I just I didn't feel comfortable even
trying to even trying to walk through
the store today and they had no motor
carts so I just said you know what it's
probably safe I just stay in the car so
that's what I did and then we came home
we didn't stay out because again I just
I really wasn't feeling good I did have
okay for breakfast I had eggs and eggs
and turkey bacon and then I had for
lunch I thought I was gonna be sneaky
and just eat a pepperoni stick because
my tummy's cramping really bad so I
didn't want to eat but then Ollie was
like no you need to eat something and
get some protein in you so he ended up
making me when I came home from Walmart
he ended up making me a turkey and
cheese bagel and then and he toasted the
bagel so it tasted really good I don't
put nothing on it like I don't put
mayonnaise nothing on it I just eat it
with the bagel the cheese and the turkey
meat like I keep it as plain as possible
just because I would rather not pick up
the extra calories if I don't have to
and honestly I can eat a sandwich with
no dressings at all and I'm totally okay
but if I was to put something on it I
would use the honey mustard cuz that's
just that's my favorite over any of them
so if I was to use something it would be
honey mustard but most of the time I
really don't and then let's see I think
that was it and then for dinner I had a
repeat my chicken salad
as always somebody had asked if we would
post the recipe for the chicken because
the sow look really good and yes I will
get that from him and I will get that
posted somewhere how you guys will see
it I might just do it on like on a slide
and then just slip it into the video of
one of the videos I can get it up for
and then I also had quite a few people
bring up and then another thing was
people were have been asking because of
them up things if we will do that our
cooking videos and yes I am really gonna
work hard on getting some of those up
and out so you guys can see how he's
cooking them and also I will try and get
some other recipes that he makes and
again I'll just put them into a slide
into the videos so that way you guys can
just pause it and write down everything
and that way then you guys can kind of
see what me and him both eat because
sometimes he'll eat different like
tonight I had a chicken solid and he had
to lobby a fish and his rice so we
sometimes eat different dinners it just
depends what the night's calling for and
if I'm in the mood for what he's wanting
like if he eats liver mm-hmm
most of the time I'll eat whatever he is
eating but like tonight I just wanted
what I normally have just because I know
it's a safe thing to go to and because
I'm not feeling too good I was just like
not feeling the whole fish so but yeah
he definitely said that he will work on

that he will work on getting some of
that up and we will definitely get those
posted for you guys because I know you
guys are like ancing to get some of it
done
and what else I think that was pretty
much my day it's been a really kind of a
low drifted week I mean it really has
been I've just and I think because my
body was preparing for changes and now
that it's here I think it's just my body
is gonna take a couple of days
but I'm still feeling really good as of
sticking on track doing what I supposed
to do
eating what I'm supposed to like I have
not why not track one time because again
it's just like yes I'm gonna do this
because I want to and I want to see my
goal at the end oh and yes I did get my
weight chart done so I will do I will
show you guys here in a second what it
looks like so that way then you guys
kind of have an idea of what I'm doing
and then other than that I think that is
it I really am hoping you guys had a
wonderful wonderful Friday I don't have
any plans for this weekend really so I
don't know what we have in store like I
said it's supposed to get over a hundred
here so our plan might be just to stay
home and stay cool so I don't know I'll
keep you guys posted
but anyways other than that I've been
playing Jane last couple of days and I'm
sorry I'm so sorry but I promise I
promise we will get some stuff up and
going hoping that this coming week I get
to actually really start doing some hard
work out I want to so bad I'm so excited
I can't wait to start exercising and
start really working and pushing pushing
pushing to get some more weight off
because I I just
I'm loving the changes that I'm already
having so I just know that it's only
gonna get better it's not I'm not gonna
go worse so I guess from here it's a
down hill it's just keeping the Hill
goin and not stalling out or getting
discouraged which I haven't I haven't
gotten discouraged and you know I don't
even think I really could because I look
at all of your guys's comments and
support and the just the encouragement
constantly that how could somebody just
get so discouraged when they read how
many amazing people are behind
like it's just awesome so yes I'm still
on it I'm still doing good
but anyways okay I'm gonna go show you
the weight chart so I stop rambling and
again like I said I promise I am gonna
start getting some better vlogs out I
just this last couple of days has just
been a little bit tough but that's no
excuse because I can't just sit here and
mellow and myself as I probably would
love to but anyways so you guys have a
wonderful Saturday tomorrow is my win
we will see what the scale says
I am hoping for something good I am not
holding my breath for what's gonna show
though because you know you never know
but either way even if it's a pound I
don't care I
that's one pound less right that's how I
have to look at it anyways so you guys

I completely forgot that I was going to
show you guys this so here's my weight
chart and it just says I can do this and
then I used words of like just just
encouragement excuse the fact that
there's probably some misspellings but I
am the worst when it comes to spelling
that's why I love cell phones because it
corrects me usually in anyways so each
of these circles will represent a pound
so every pound that I lose I will color
in the pebble so technically now I will
have 16 pebbles colored in and then
tomorrow when I weigh in again I will
fill in hopefully the pebbles that I
know that I've lost and the one that has
the Sun looking thing right there that's
my indian goal that should be my last
pebble and
and what I'm gonna do is so how okay if
I show you guys let's see so if I color
in here and I do 16 what I'm gonna do is
put the date of the one that I like for
those ones that will be the date of my
Wham so then when I lose the next amount
I follow my finger right then I'll put
the date for when I lose the next set so
I know kind of how much I'm losing each
way in so by the time I get to the
little Sun then I'll know how many
weigh-ins it took for me to get to 150
so anyways that is my weigh-in chart and
hopefully this helps because I know I've
had some messages asking about the same
thing like what mine is gonna look like
to give them some ideas so this is what
I have and then on the sides I am going
to be getting pictures and doing excuse
the dust my god um anyways get pictures
to put around it around the wait chart
of updated pictures of me each month so
anyways
